Stargazing: Kaketa Tsuki - Miyawaki Shion

Nothing screams "holiday cheer" as a series about assassination, right? Ansatsu Kyoshitsu had this strange habit of providing us with energetic, multi-vocaled opening themes, blasting us in the face with action and comedy-filled episodes, then closing them off with really calming, beautiful ending themes.

While the first season's ending 'Hello, shooting star' by Momoon was charming, I enjoyed the second season's ending 'Kaketa Tsuki' by Miyawaki Shion considerably more. While the former is a little too relaxed with just acoustic guitar running the instrumentals, the latter felt more fitting to the series overall, with its powerful vocalist and captivating echoey instrumentals. It's a hard ending to skip while watching the series, let me tell you.
